Princess or no

This is book # 2 in the Gowns & Crowns series.  This book can be read as a standalone.  After reading the books in the series I am of the mindset that it should be read as the author intended.  The reader can find more joy and understanding by reading the books in order.

Lauren has come to Garronia, with her best friends while on holiday.  While there, one of her friends falls in love with the Prince.  This makes all of them fall into the spotlight.  The news for Lauren, is not good.

Dimitri is the head of security for the country the girls are currently visiting.  They run into one another often, since he is most trusted.  With all that is going on, can they fight the attraction?  After a possible tragedy begins to occur, Dimitri uses a plan to protect Lauren.

This story has fairy tale magic all its own.  After reading the first book in the series, I was not sure how the author could keep it going - but she has.  This book is every bit as good as the last.  I am super excited to see where she takes us next!  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
