This is book #2 in the Cessna U Wildcats series.  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, and to understand the series, I recommend reading this great series in order.

Shannon is trying to live her best life.  She has overcome weakness, health issues, and has learned to stand on her feet.  Now she is trying to survive college with her overprotective brother hovering nearby.

Noah has been in love with Shannon for a while now.  She seems attracted to him as well.  If only he wasn't best friends with her brother.  That is a bond he cannot risk.  

This was such an emotional roller coster ride. I was glad I was on it, however.  I had been excited to read this story and it did not disappoint.  This couple has eyes for each other and truly excels when they are together.  If only they could learn to jump in.  I loved that is was fast paced, had lots of heat, and was sincerely a longtime coming.  I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
