Piper Oliver met Jory Dean when her father employed her to save his life.  He had a chip implanted in his spine that is basically a ticking time bomb set to go off.  After being nicked by a bullet, no one was certain if there was any way a computer could still talk to said chip.  Piper, and her history of hacking, were certainly a good choice to figure it out.

Jory had never been attracted to a woman the way he was Piper.  He has such little time left before he will certainly die.  Since there seems to be no repairing the chip - he is preparing himself for the worst. While working hard to free his brothers from the same fate.

Piper cannot believe she is coming to trust a man her father told her is a criminal.  Yet her information seems wrong or skewed.  Jory seems to be telling her the truth, and it does not match what dear old dad has to say.  Who can she trust?

Lives are on the line.  Jory knows that Pipers father is just using her and will probably sacrifice her for his idea of the greater good.  He is trying to solve the mystery for everyone involved before his expiration date.

Wow!  What a great book! Good addition to the Sin Brothers series.  This is book # 4, for those of you reading this amazing series.  All of y our favorites are here from prior books, and it is not necessary to read them to enjoy this one.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws Up!
