Second chances

Michael and Dax keep meeting under less than ideal circumstances.  Michael is quick to assure Dax this is not normal.  Dax is very understanding.

Dax has moved to this small town to start over after tragedy rocked his world.  In this new life he is creating, he wants to make friends and be kind to his neighbors.  Along the way, Michael's son makes all of this come together.

Michael and Dax may have more than they counted on.  As they find out more about each other's lives, they may get more than they ask for.  It is a good thing they are good friends too.

A very moving story.  I was riveted, and could not put it down!  The characters and the story are both challenging and sweet.  I happily give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
