This is book #4, in the Body Armor series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. This is book #3 in the Body Armor series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding of the series, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading these in order. Miles and Maxi have a hot and heavy history.  There is even a bit of anger and disappointment weaved in.  When she needs him most, he answers the call to help protect her.  He wants to spend more time getting to know her, anyway. Maxi had thought Miles would just be a one night stand.  Then she could not help herself.  Now, with all the problems she is having, he may actually be her knight in shining armor. Such a great addition to the  series .  These two characters were so hot the sparks felt like they might leap off the page.  I enjoyed reading this story.  I like the alpha hot men, and the strong yet accepting women.  I cannot wait to read the next installment.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This book is an anthology that includes Buckhorn Brothers series book #5.5.   This is a story that can be read alone.  For complete understanding of the series, I recommend reading it in order.  For purposes of this review, we will concentrate on this story, Buckhorn Ever After. Nadine has known Shohn all her life.  They grew up together.  To suddenly have his interest is quite exciting.  She does not want, however, to just be a notch on a bedpost for him.  Yet the attraction is still there. This is the 2nd book in the Body Armor series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment, unerstanding, & to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Justice is to guard Fallon as she attempts to feel more like a normal adult.  Her parents shelter her after a stressful loss.  Now she must learn to find her way in the world. Fallon is trying to be a better adult.  She knows she must forge her way, but it is not until she meets Justice that she learns being a woman has more to it.  He is hotter than any other man in her life.  Could he ever want her? Leese meets his new charge under less than perfect circumstances.  He can see why she needs protection.  He just wants her to trust he will keep her safe.  Even when it gets ugly. Catalina has been surviving on her own, and does not feel she needs help.  Those that are after her are beyond reach, so what is the point.  Now, some hot time, that she could use.  There is more to this than just security.   This book was an excellent start to a new series!  I loved the characters.  How strong the female lead is, how sassy.  She knows what she wants.  I am surprised the pages did not melt.  The book is HOT!  This author always gives us her best.  I cannot wait to read the next book in the  Body Armor  series .  I give this story a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Diego & Harper meet when he moves in next door to recon her home and family.  He learns to love her son.  He is incredibly attracted to her.  Just one problem - he has to solve her ex as a mystery first. Harper knows she has little time for herself, and even less for sex.  When Diego moves in all her nerves come alive and she knows she wants to make time.  She just does not want her heart stomped on again. There are so many words to tell you but I do not do spoilers!  First - really amazing characters with the development right before your eyes.  Second - scene stealer - Her kid is just too fun and really smart.  Lastly - a new series by this great author is always an auto buy for me.  You will never be disappointed.   I give story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review.

Bryanna knows she did not get this job because she can be blackmailed.  She has to prove herself.  How does she convince the hottest man she ever met that she just wants to do right by his team?  It's going to take meeting each other half way to fix this. All the SEAL brotherhood books are just amazing!  This is a short story that makes you just want to hug both characters and tell them it will be alright.  An incredible read, and you will be glad you did.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review.

This is a story about a bride, and her three daughters.  We learn about their relationships with one another, and the men in their lives also.  The wedding will either make them or break them, as large gatherings are known to do. Courtney, Sienna, & Rachel all have their own obstacles to overcome.  Meanwhile, the bride, their mother, is trying to relive her younger dreams with an elaborate wedding.  It is a good thing her future husband is loaded. I really enjoyed this book.  There was so much, from so many perspectives that it took me by surprise.  The characters are all very interesting in their own right.  Each relationship was fascinating to read as it came together.  Good story with several HEA's at the end.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given by Netgalley and its publisher in exchange for an honest review only.

As they get to know one another, and even have a class together, they discover they actually have things in common.  And when he cooks.... well everyone is happy.  Hunter is just as closed off as she is, as they both have pasts that were filled with pain and secrets. Hunter also has the hots for Taylor.  She is attracted to him as well, just does not want him to know it.  Everyone around them sees it though. This was such an amazing book about love, loss, pain, and even sacrifice.  I started out hating Hunter right along with Taylor but soon fell under his spell also.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
