This is book #3, in the Heartbreaker Bay series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding and enjoyment, I recommend reading this great series in order. Elle & Archer already have a pain filled past, before the fact they work together.  If she avoids him, well who can blame a girl?  Hardest part about all of it is she wants to see him everyday. Archer just wants Elle to stay put and let him protect her for once.  Can he talk her into letting him wear the pants in this relationship?  He just really wants to hold her for like ever.
