This is book #4, in the Brooklyn series, & #7, in the Brooklyn Bruisers series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading these great series in order. Bess is coming back to live in New York.  She had been here before for a brief time.  Where she met the sexiest man she had ever met.  Now, her plans are her focus.  To build hre business and keep her future on track. Mark AKA "Tank" has come back to New York as well.  He has not planned the messes that keep him following him.  Newly single, he has to get used to a new team, and try not to feel like his reputation is falling apart. This story was full of surprises.  I would read, turn the page, and be surprised again.  With  an incredible series to keep up with , I was overjoyed this was a book that moved me deep down to my soul.  I loved the banter.  The friendships are sold, and ...

This is book #4, in the Man Hands series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading these in order intended. Meg met Mac under the funniest of circumstances.  A case of mistaken identity, a sexy cop, and then an emergency.  When they see each other again later it steals the breath from her body. Mac has the hots for Meg.  Has wanted her since the moment they met.  They seem to be good friends, so why not stay that way?  His family makes him do drastic things. This is the best book in the series to me.  I laughed all the way through.  I could not devour the pages fast enough.  When I was done, I wanted to read it again.  Such an incredible addition to an already  excellent series.   I give this read a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

Alex is a CEO who gets tired of hearing how she needs help just because she is a woman.  She can make up her own mind.  She only needs help right now since she is a victim of industrial espionage.   Eric is about to lose his mind.  His brother does not ask for his help - he demands it.  Then the person he is to protect is none other than the woman who turned him down several months ago?  How will he keep sane? This was an excellent start to  the new series.   I love visiting the Brooklyn Bruisers, and having some of our favorite characters here was a joy.  I honestly loved this book with the suspense, heat, and banter.  I do not often say this - this was just a fabulous read.  I started off with laughter, and by the time I was tearing up for the characters there was no doubt I was completely hooked!  I cannot wait to read  this series  next installment.  I give this a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ...

This is book #3, in the Brooklyn Bruisers series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading the series in order. Silas left the only woman who truly interests him behind.  To chase a dream that has become more than a reality.  Now he must find out if there is still a spark.  He has to see her. Delilah has always wished she had that night with Silas AKA "Ralph" years ago.  Is it tempting fate to try now?  The heat between them is obvious, but can they get beyond the past and create what could be a future? This was such an amazing story.  From start to finish I could not put this book down.  Very hot and really good, the characters keep you mesmerized until all of a sudden your at the last page.  Well worth the wait.  I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was given to me in exchange for an honest review only.

Review Tour - Fireworks

Image
Fireworks by Sarina Bowen   Skye Copeland is on paid leave from her broadcasting job after accidentally drawing a wiener on the traffic map.   Let that sink in. Like it’s her fault the traffic pattern created a perfect schlong?    Skye isn’t laughing. She needs this job. And that’s the only reason she’s willing to chase down a story in her least favorite place—that hell on earth known as Vermont.   A quick trip. In and out. Much like - never mind. She can sneak into the town that once tried to break her, get the story and slide back into the good graces of her producer. Easy peasy.   But things go sideways the moment she steps over the county line. Her stepsister is running from a violent drug dealer. And the cop on the case is none other than Benito Rossi, the man who broke Skye’s teenage heart.   His dark brown eyes still tear her apart. And even as she steels herself to finally tell him off a...

This is book #6, in the True North series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding of the series, and too avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this compelling series in order. Skye returns to the place she hates the most to help out the sister she always wanted.  When she gets there, tables have turned.  There is now danger if she pushes too far in finding her sister.  Who can she turn to? Benito AKA "Ben" is a blast from the past, who has always had a thing for Skye.  She was the one that got away, and he has no intentions of letting that happen again.  He also has to find her sister and solve his case. While this author is a definite auto purchase, she always brings the goods to the table.  In this story, we get a second chance romance with such heart and heat that every page is a sizzling delight!  I loved the banter, and was eagerly turning each page to get to the next.  I give this book...

This is book #5, in the True North series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, and have a better understanding of this incredible series, I recommend reading this in order. May has always crushed on Alec.  Having him return her feelings would be a dream come true.  After a bad breakup, he is the one who rescues her.  With a little luck, she can rescue him back. Alec cannot believe his luck.  Things with May around seem to be much better.  All the pain and grief that was coming his way seems to subside with her around.  With her in his arms - who knows what could happen? This is best book of the series in my opinion.  This author is a must read already but this story just bowled me over.  I love how the banter and charm of the MC's just swept me away in this book.  I could not put it down.  The pace was good, the heat was high, and the story just really really good.  I give this...
