This is book #4, in the Wynn Hockey series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, and to fully understand & appreciate the series, I recommend reading these in order. Jean Paul AKA "JP" is instantly attracted to Taylor.  She is everything he can think of that he wants in a woman.  Only she also thinks the worst of him.  Then something happens at his brother's wedding that changes it all. Taylor has never found such a bad boy this charming and sexy.  Their time together makes her think he has a better side to him.  Something no one sees.  Should she try to understand men or hockey players? Theo gets an unexpected visit from a relative.  Not sure what to make of the out-of-the-blue visit, he goes out to celebrate with some of his team friends.  That's when he meets the vision he wants to protect.  Lacey is having a really bad day.  Her brother stole from her.  Then he sold her to some goons he owes money to.  What can she do without having to pay his debt?  Then she meets the handsome former hockey player with the sexy eyes. This is book #8, in the Aces Hockey series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Cam bets his teammates he can get a date with the hot girl.  She seems to not be interested in him, but there is something that just gives him hope.  Then when they try to go on a date, the mishaps begin. Olivia has no idea how to approach Cam about helping her out on a professional level.  They start trying to date and it seems to be almost a wedge between them.  Then she gets to know him.  It changes everything. This is book #7 in the Aces Hockey series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment, and understanding of the series, I recommend reading in order. Jodie and Nick know one another through mutual friends.  When their friends think they should move in together, it becomes a series of awkward conversations.  Single-mom Jodie cannot afford to get involved with someone too quickly.  Can she be near him and not lose her heart? Nick is everything she wants and is hard to stay away from.  Little does he know while he pines for the elusive Jodie, she also pines for him.  When they learn to see eye to eye, maybe this could be love after all. Chase is definitely off this season.  Then it hits a bright spot when he strikes up a social media conversation with a celebrity.  His life now appeared to be on an upswing. Jordyn is a busy person in her own right.  Also a hockey fan, she loves the Aces since she grew up near them.  Talking to Chase is a bright spot in her life too.
