Kitty's Book Spot!

Jasmine has been a victim of tragedy.  This has brought on PTSD and strength.  She is working through it while taking a job in a great location.  Having excellent man candy doesn't hurt either. Romeo is the brother of an ex.  Jasmine has always had a crush on him, and there have been many times just thinking of him has gotten her through tough times.  While she has her choices of many, this one is her personal favorite. This story was slow to start, and I did have trouble at first getting into it.  There is a lot going on.  A lot of setting to discover.  Nicely done, we find the characters in an amazing locale. There is a bunch of surprises in store for the reader.  Humor, heat, and even some tension to complete the book.  I give this  3/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This book gives us the back story for Steel Corp character Bea AKA Mic, and Trident Security Carter.  The 2 most amazing characters in the military books marketed lately.  Seriously private, and very profound characters. The commonality among them is they get the job done.  They both have such a lonely existence.  Doing the work for the country, sometimes is very focused, and little time for yourself. This is the story that gets it all started, and the background of these amazing characters that finalizes in the next book, No Way In Hell Part Two.  I cannot wait to finish!  I give this terrific book a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

This is book # 3 in the Sidewinder series .   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  I recommend reading this series in order, however, to fully understand what is going on and enjoy the book more. Kelly and Nick's story continues in this installment of the  Sidewinder series .  This time they do a friend a favor by getting all the guys together (who are still living.)  There is a road trip and lots of crazy times too. Nick and Kelly have a hard time with their relationship and they both go to close friends for advice.  This book was very heartfelt and fun as well.  I found it to be an emotional roll to read.  The characters we love are also here.  I give this book a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC was given by Netgalley.com and its publisher in exchange for an honest review.
