Kitty's Book Spot!

This is book #2, in the Steele Brothers series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this great series in order. Brody has been asking Anderson AKA "Anders" out for some time now.  It's not like Anders wants to say no.  He just knows he could drown if he says yes.  Then they change their status to roommates. Anders is Brody's idea of perfection.  He is HOT with a capitol H!  If he could just stop turning him down and give things a chance..... well maybe someday.  For now, they will be friends and build trust. Law is used to helping his twin Anders, break up with whomever he is dating.  His brother has a lot of issues and Law is just now learning he does too.  Now he is practically drooling over someone who thinks he is his brother. Reed is new to the area and has to work with Law, even though he is starting to get feelings for Anders.  He is getting confused and is not sure how to react since he is attracted to both of them since they are obviously twins. I loved the story and felt the slow burn was very real.  The characters were a good fit and the story touched on subjects that some would never pull off, yet in this story it works well.  I was eagerly turning each page and cannot wait to read this authors next work.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Tyler comes home with just one goal: get his girl back.  Kate is all that he has thought about in the two years he has been gone.  Now, she is engaged to marry another man. Kate thought she had put her life back together.  Tyler had been gone a long time.  Moving on seemed logical, and it was time.  With him home, the memories of being with him are changing her priorities.   Such an intense and emotional story.  Right from the start I found myself rooting for the main characters.  I felt every ounce of pain they did.  I eagerly turned each page.  I cannot wait to read the next novel in the  Circle Of Friends series .  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty Paws UP! ***This early copy was given in exchange for an honest review, by Netgalley and its publishers.

This book is #4 in the One Night series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers and understand the series, I recommend reading series in order. Blair tells his friends he is attracted to both sexes.  They really have nothing to say.  He figures that means they do not approve.  He cannot help the way he feels for his best friends older brother.  Since that is just a dream, he keeps looking for the "one." Garrett does not want to be attracted to men.  It is becoming increasingly difficult to hide that he is.  He has always had a playboy reputation with women.  What he wants is a real relationship that he does not have to hide. Theirs is a complicated relationship.  I love the banter, the heat, the laughter, and more.  This series is so much fun since it is about a group of friends.  There is something for everyone.  I hope to see more of these characters.  I give this book a 4/5 K...

 This is book # 2 in The Spencer Cohen Series .   This can be read as a standalone novel.  I would recommend, however, that you read this series in order.  It will be better for the reader and encourage better understanding. Spencer and Andrew's story continues where we left off in book one.  They are now taking a chance and dating.  They both want to start slow, and make less mistakes.   Andrew is used to going fast when he sees something he wants, so for him this is a real adjustment.  He wants to spend all his time with Spencer, but he knows he has to pace himself. The pace of this book is nice and quick.  The character development feels right on.  I was pleased to see the heat between them is burning just as bright!  I found this book to be a great read.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

This book is # 8 in The Men of The Zodiac series .   While each book in this series can be read as a standalone novel, it is a lot of fun reading them in order. Ivy met Dean working at the bar where she is spending her time escaping from her father.  In a couple weeks time, she will go home and work at the place he has selected for her.  The bar they are at is in a bad neighborhood, and owned by shady men.  Dean AKA Seth is there to protect Ivy without her knowledge. Seth is struggling with watching over Ivy.  He does not want to have feelings for her.  He owes her father a debt and needs to complete this assignment without flaws.  Only problem?  He is so attracted to her, she is all he sees! Reading this book felt like watching an old movie.  I loved the interaction.  I enjoyed every tease.
