This is book #2, in the Royals Undercover series .  This book should be read in order, as it may contain spoilers, and can confuse the reader.  I recommend reading this hot series in order. Sebastian & Penny grew up together.  From the early days he was her protector.  Now, she is Royal Guard and is protecting him.  Their story continues in this book, where the heat sparks and flies and really just kind of sizzles when they are in the room together.  Is it hot in here? Penny knows she can never have a future with Sebastian.  That does not stop her traitorous heart for wishing for one.  When he touches her.... well her body fairly combusts. I loved this book.  Was so glad I read the complete works.  These characters are so easy to read.  They are meant to be together.  I would have only changed one thing  - I would have done bodily harm to the bad guys.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ...
