Kitty's Book Spot!

Holly agrees to go to a concert with a friend, and meets Tommy.  He calls her on her studying and has her go backstage.  Then he invites her to tour for the summer. Tommy is attracted right from the start.  He is a bit selfish.  He is very talented.  He also has a way with women.  Holly cannot stand the man and she almost gives up on him. This book reminded me of the original series romances.  Very old fashioned in its pacing and style.  You might even call it a modern My Fair Lady.  I thought the characters development was good to see.  Music and a hot guy are always a thrill to read also.  I give this story a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP! * **This copy given in exchange for an honest review only.

Rafe and Daisy will never see eye to eye.  So the country gals have to record a song with the rocker boys.  So what if they are all attracted to one another?  Going on tour shoudl straighten that out.  Or will it? Everyone is wondering why Rafe and Daisy do not see what they do when they are in the same room.  Daisy is known to be a good girl, and Rafe has a rep as a bad boy.  Can they all just get along and make music happen?  Or is the problem that its some great music that they make together? Hunter meets Kennedy when she show's up as they are promoting their new album.  Turns out she is there as a PR representative.  Hunter is sick of the attention his body part is getting, due to a popular magazine cover.  Kennedy just wants to help the band do well. Kennedy is also annoyed that he calls her "Kenny."  He wants to get her attention with something different and he is sure no one else calls her that.  She is all suited up and looking good.
