This is the 6th book in the highly acclaimed Alpha Ops series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  This is a great series, and those who read in order will find it is easier to understand and enjoy. Malone "Mal" and Abby meet when he cannot take just watching her anymore.  He sets up a chance for her to rescue him.  She takes the bait.   Abby is a CIA agent keeping watch on the Russian/Ukraine border.  Her father does not know she is a fully trained field agent.  He sends Mal to watch over his daughter. The banter is so much fun in this book!  The pace moves along nicely.  I love the heat between these two.  They really are a match with a great HEA!  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given by Netgalley and its publisher in exchange for an honest review only.

This is book # 5 in the Alpha Ops series .   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  It is my recommendation for full understanding and comprehension for the reader, this series should be read in the order intended.  It does not disappoint. Simon and Sadie have a complicated past.  Now it appears they will have a complicated future as well.  Sadie cannot tell him about her training and op.  He cannot talk about his either. Sadie was hurt by his actions in the past.  Can she forgive what he does now?  She cannot seem to stay away from the magnetic pull that draws her to him.  The attraction still pulls at them both.  The sparks are flying! Simon is trying to figure her out, while also saving his mark from being taken.  If only they had gotten it right in the past.  Then maybe the future would look brighter.  I think if I had more thumbs I would give it 5 thumbs up!  I give this story a 5/5 Kitty's Pa...

This is book # 4, in the Alpha Ops series.   Like I have said before, this is a standalone novel.  I always recommend reading any series in order as the author intends, for reader understanding and enjoyment.  This book can be read alone, but it is so much better in order. David and Molly met a year prior, and see each other at a cocktail party at a conference she is supposed to speak at.  Tragedy strikes, and they are on the run together.  David and Molly both wish they could have more time together. Suspense!  Heat!  Passion that is enough to ignite even the reader... yes it is in there! Molly always knew she would not get that much time with David.  She takes any time he can give her.  Knowing their time is running out, and feeling guilty she has sucked him into her international mess. David is grateful for every minute he has with Molly.  He is sad she cannot trust him like she should to keep them safe.  He know...
