Gia gets dumped by her boyfriend, right out in the parking lot on the night of her high school prom. She has a friend who already doubted she was dating a college boy - so she grabs the only boy in the lot. After some begging, he agrees to help her with her problem. Hayden AKA "Fill-In for Bradley", is happy to help her. They hit it off quick, and he helps her solve the issue on prom night. He also has ex problems of his own. To pay him back, Gia goes to a party with him to show his ex-girlfriend and ex-best friend he has moved on. Gia is swarmed with thoughts of Hayden and soon forgets about Bradley the dumper.
