Rook AKA "RJ" meets someone special when she literally falls into his lap.  Can he convince her to take a chance on him?  She has plans for her future, but he is blinded by wanting to be with her now. Lainey has been sheltered a bit.  She is a studious person who cannot believe someone as beautiful on the outside can be so sincere on the inside too.  Having a hot guy think she is hot stuff is new and she is out of sorts from it. This story touched me in many ways.  I loved the heat.  From the very beginning it was a consuming passion for this couple.  I love the characters and how very real their story felt.  Along the way, I loved that the story became richer, and deeper.  I give this read a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only, by Netgalley and its publishers.

This is book #5, in the Confessions series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, since each book builds upon the last - I recommend reading this series in order. Henri comes from a very dark past.  One he wishes to get further away from.  More and more since he has bumped into someone recently at an ex's wedding.  Running into him again, only makes him want him even more. Officer Craig Bailey AKA "Bailey" is shocked at how much he wants a man who ghosts him at every turn.  Can he take the time to have fun with someone when he really never has?  His body yearns, but he is finding his heart is learning to as well. Couple of surprises, couple of twists, and another series book that makes me beg the author for more.  This is just more fascinating characters and visits from our faves also.  I love how it hooks me but now I am almost too excited to read the next installment.  I give this one...

This is book #4 in the Marshals series.   This book can be read as standalone novel.  For reader understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I  do not recommend  reading this series out of order. Ian & Miro's story continues with them going on with their lives as a married couple who works together.  Ian has changed up pieces of his life in order to make Miro his priority.  With all that goes on, and there are many surprises in store for the reader, this is a bit of a juggle. I am not one to give spoilers in my reviews, so I will summarize by saying if you are a true fan of this incredibly satisfying  series , you will love this book.  The characters are fun to read with steady banter and humor.  There is always the ever present heat and sparks.  Just an all around good read with these characters inside.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This is book #6, in the Temptation series .  This book can be read as a standalone.  With this incredible series - to avoid spoilers, and have complete understanding, I recommend reading this series in order. This is the last book of the series.  With so much at stake, and happening in this fast paced story - I was not sure how it would turn out.  It was so much more than I expected!  The banter was kicked up a notch, the heat was on high, and the characters made me wish I was there!   Tate & Logan finish their story the only way that makes sense.  You know I never give out spoilers - sorry!  I was supremely thankful I got to read this emotional, yet gripping series.  I feel like these characters are now members of my family.  Thank you so much to the author - who promised we have not seen the last of these great men.  I give this book a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Alice AKA "Al" and her twin brother try out for a local hockey team after moving to Chicago.  She wants on this team so bad she will literally do anything.  There she meets Hayden. She is immediately attracted and the sparks fly between them anytime they meet. Hayden does not want to be interested in his teammates sister.  This is typically taboo behavior among hockey players.  He just cannot help how he feels anytime she his near. This is an original story with an unusual twist.  Surprises are inside!  I love the characters banter and the heat between the MC's nearly leapt off the pages.  I devoured every page and then wished there were more.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was given in exchange for an honest review by Netgalley and the publishers.

This is the 5th book in the acclaimed Temptation series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this fabulous series in order. Logan & Tate's story picks up with a bang!  This story shows them moving on and more settled in this book.  Logan is a man with a plan, and Tate stirs the pot a little by having a plan of his own. Tate does not want anything to mess up what he and Logan have.  He is more cautious and aware of what he has and holds it dear.  Then Logan turns him on his butt with a whole new idea.  I really love this series!  This is such an incredible installment.  This story made me feel all the feels.  I cried, I laughed, I devoured every page.... Logan & Tate are together four years later as we continue their story.  This is where we see them try to find a place back in each other's lies after all the drama of getting together is over.   Tate is busy with his bar, and Logan is getting national recognition on a case.  Suddenly they realize that life has gotten away from them in their busy life.  Time to prioritize if they mean to go on. This was a sweet and sexy story.  I was so glad to be back with these amazing characters!  I cannot wait to see the next installment!  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This story continues where the last book left off, and the main characters are in a bit of a shock.  There has been quite a bit of turmoil for Tate trying to fit into Logan's life and mix it with his own.  He now has Logan's ex on the scene, and a tragedy that makes them both realize what is most important in life. Logan has finally figured out who he wants for the rest of his life.  Now it is just a matter of making it happen.  Tate has given up so much and gives everything his all.  It is time to show that trust between them goes both ways.
