Kellus & Arik meet through mutual friends and have a project in common.  Arik loves his art and wants to have more pieces.  Kellus has been hurt in the past and is shy about trying again. Arik is determined to get through to the elusive Kellus.  When the chance comes across his path, he is sure he can talk Kellus into the plan as well.  Only time will tell. Both have pasts full of pain and loss.  These characters reaching out to one another kind of felt like the blind leading the blind.  Like real life.  Then the story picks up... and let's just say I was pleasantly surprised.  Very nice read.  I give this book a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was provided in exchange for an honest review.
