This is book 3 in the Marshals series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  It contains content that could also be considered spoilers, so for reader understanding and enjoyment, I recommend reading in order. Miro is missing Ian something fierce.  After all is said and done they are still partners and yet they spent what seems like little time together.  Ian does not want to be away, but that is part of military life. Ian also does not understand when Miro is upset about this.  They have to come to an understanding quickly, or this partnership is doomed.  There are also more challenges afoot with their job. I love seeing the characters from this series!  I think the whole group of them are just awesome.  I also feel very pleased that this is a couple I can fangirl over, since both of them are H-O-T!  Cannot wait to see what the author does next.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
