Kitty's Book Spot!

This is book #3, in the McCade Brothers series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Logan is exhausted and arrives at his best friend's wedding knowing he needs a vacation.  Then he finds out his role in the wedding just get larger.  Can he help with the sister of the groom?  Sure..... just as soon as he finds out who the hot chick is that he saw in the lobby. Sophie has been making changes.  Her "new" self is going to be more assertive, and certainly more svelte.  Sophie has always kind of had a crush on Logan.  So when he asks her along on his adventures, she feels a pull there to be with him. These characters are so much fun to read.  There is much laughter, and lots of heat.  I found this story really packed a punch.  Each MC brought something that made this story just that much more.  Such a great addition...

Savannah and Beau lived in harmony next door to one another.  Until Thanksgiving when an innocent, yet compromising position makes their families believe they are involved.  The attraction between them is already explosive.  So it is easily believed. Beau is more attracted to Savannah with the more he finds out.  He is interested in her as a person, as well as a woman.  She is all he never was looking for. Savannah wants to help him but is basically an honest person.  She is afraid she will slip and fall on the lie.  Can she warm the frozen heart of a man she wants more than physically?  It's going to take more than a kiss. Rafe has never met a woman who he has wanted so much.  This is a new feeling, but he is not questioning it.  He chases her in the hopes of catching her in a temporary trap that turns the tables on himself. Chelsea and Rafe have a good thing between them.  They are gun shy from their pasts and careers.  They both know if they are not careful, this will be the real thing. I found this book funny, messy, and complicated.  Just like real love.  What a great book!  Definitely a keeper for my shelf! ...
