This is book # 6 in the Shopping For a Billionaire series.   This book should not be read as a standalone.  It includes a continuing story line.  For reader enjoyment and understanding, please read this fantastic series in order. Declan and Shannon's story goes on with him trying to propose to her.  While hijinx ensues, as it always does when dealing with an unusually close family and an interfering mother.  Said mother cannot butt out of anything.  Yet it tickled the funny bone.  Glad she isn't mine. Shannon just tries to go on with her life.  Completely unaware of all the background noise that is putting Declan into stress.  She is merely trying to navigate a life where she works for her man, and does not want to be known for him helping her get the job.
