Kitty's Book Spot!

This book is #2.5, in the Him series .  This book should not be read as a standalone.  It is best to read these in order and appreciate the goodness that is this incredible series. We go back to the lives of Wes & Jamie.  It is short and sweet but like all stories in the  Him series , it is worth every moment.  Jamie is at a crossroads about to move up in his Coaching job.  Wes is still doing what he does best.  Loving Jamie and making headlines as a star.  Now with their lives ahead of them - the best really is yet to come.  I love every visit we have to  this series.   Was overjoyed to spend time with this amazing couple.  I give this read a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! short story   Contemporary   Epic   Sports   Hockey   novella

Legend and Pepper are neighbors.  She annoys him, and he lives for it since he is incredibly attracted to her.  When surprised one night, he finds out that Pepper is the friend he never knew he needed. Pepper has always had a major crush on Legend.  She already has other friends in the NHL, and she understands the demands on his time and schedule.  When he asks her for help - she does not hesitate. This is book #10, in the Las Vegas Sidewinders series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, and to enjoy and understand the series, I recommend reading this series in order. Royce is a professional  hockey player who likes things to be just so.  What he never sees coming is the little sister of his best friend.  She is all woman and he has no problem taking notice. Kristina is a proper Greek girl, at least some of the time.  Other times, she is a real rock guru and future star.  She notices Royce after an incident that they both barely make it through.  She also notes how much more of a gentleman, and what a caring individual he can be.
