Kitty's Book Spot!

This is book #9, in The Santinis series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, and have understanding of the series, I recommend reading in order. Anthony is not happy and not sad.  He is content where he is.  He does not want to be set up by friends or family to find a relationship.  He is where he wants to be. Lalani is also content where she is.  Having been hurt in the past, she is in no hurry to try again.  She and Anthony are honest about this when they meet.  The sparks fly anyway.... This book was full of sexy banter and delicious toe curling heat.  The sizzle was easy to feel as I read.  The family and recurring favorites were also present to make a great read.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This copy was given in exchange for an honest review by Netgalley and its publishers.

This book was blessedly fast pace.  Right from the start it is heart pounding, and the case leaping off the page.  I was pleased that the characters truly belong to together.  Their story is such a sexy and intense heat with a great mystery woven in.  I eagerly turned each page.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This copy was given in exchange of an honest review.
