Elliott needs a roommate in a hurry.  His old roommate is leaving and he needs someone to take her place quickly.  With Braden, he finds more in common than at first sight. Braden and Elliott have more than just friends alike.  They both love volleyball and sports.  When they become roomies, there is so much more between them than meets the eye. This story was a fun read.  This series always has such varied and interesting characters.  I found this couple very easy to relate to.  Their story was compelling and the humor on point. I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

What’s sexier than a bad boy? A bad ass man who’s got his shit together.   Max Alexander is nearing thirty-five. He’s built a successful company, and he’s conquered the professional world, but he’s never been lucky in love. Focusing so much time on his business and raising his daughter, adulting has come at the expense of his personal life.   His social skills are shit, his patience is shot, and at times, his temper runs hot.   The last thing he has time for is the recently single, too gorgeous for her own good young woman he hires to take care of his little girl. She’s a distraction he doesn’t need, and besides, there’s no way she’d be interested. But you know what they say about assumptions?     This is book 3 in the Roommates series, but each book can be read as a complete standalone as they all feature new couples to fall in love with.       Amazon ...

I feel for you

Taylor and Hunter met when he became their roommate in college.  She was shocked that the school would not even give her notice about his arrival.  They get along like oil and water as they try to survive living in the same room. As they get to know one another, and even have a class together, they discover they actually have things in common.  And when he cooks.... well everyone is happy.  Hunter is just as closed off as she is, as they both have pasts that were filled with pain and secrets. Hunter also has the hots for Taylor.  She is attracted to him as well, just does not want him to know it.  Everyone around them sees it though. This was such an amazing book about love, loss, pain, and even sacrifice.  I started out hating Hunter right along with Taylor but soon fell under his spell also.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
