Kitty's Book Spot!

 This is book # 2 in The Spencer Cohen Series .   This can be read as a standalone novel.  I would recommend, however, that you read this series in order.  It will be better for the reader and encourage better understanding. Spencer and Andrew's story continues where we left off in book one.  They are now taking a chance and dating.  They both want to start slow, and make less mistakes.   Andrew is used to going fast when he sees something he wants, so for him this is a real adjustment.  He wants to spend all his time with Spencer, but he knows he has to pace himself. The pace of this book is nice and quick.  The character development feels right on.  I was pleased to see the heat between them is burning just as bright!  I found this book to be a great read.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

Spencer takes on Andrew as a client.  He wants to get his former fiance back.  Spencer has a plan that guarantees results.  You may not like the results, but you will have some answers either way.   Andrew finds out more about what his ex has been up to since they parted.  The guy did not even have the courtesy to officially break it off.  Leaving hope where there may not be any.  Spencer intends to find out if there is still a chance for Andrew there. The story moves along at a good pace.  I was impressed with the way there was solutions to find out about the ex and if he still cared.  There was a lot of laughter and fun among the serious.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in return for an honest review.

Ash hires Alessandra to play his girlfriend.  His parents want him to find someone who will change him and he cannot have that.  He just wants his parents to pay him back them money he loaned them.   Alessandra impresses his parents and it goes rather smooth.  What Ash didn't count on was wanting to spend time with her.  All the time.  What did he ever do without her? Ash is more than just a client.  Alessandra will have to change her plan where he is concerned.  She is more than attracted to him.  She likes his humor, his honesty, his loyalty to his parents... This is such a sweet and yet smoking hot read.  I found the banter entertaining.  The story has such a good pace also.  I give this book a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review.
