Holly has a new neighbor.  He is sexy and sweet.  Surprisingly, she wants to get to know him better.  Until she finds out what could happen. Kevin comes home to so many surprises.  Bad things come in threes, right?  Between the house, the mom, and the job, what is a guy to do?  Well for right now, getting to know his new neighbor sounds about right.
