This is book #2 in the Twilight Falls series.   This story can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, and to understand the series better, I recommend reading this series in order. Elijah hears sounds from his neighbors home that worry him.  A child is crying and he does not know why.  Does he do something?  Stand by?  This is a defining moment. Carter has been hit with some of life's true setbacks.  When he and Elijah both have surprises from their past thrown at them - can they come together and make a future?  What does it take to give someone your heart? I could not stop reading this.  Every page had more and more I needed to know.  I loved all the very sexy times, and the sparks were flyin'!  This one has it all heart, heat, and hurt.  I was so pleased that this story gave me a little bit of it all.  I am hopeful for the next installment of this series.  I give this read a 4/5 Kitty...

Simon had one night with the man of his dreams.  Knowing he will never see him again, he tried the number given only to find it fake.  Jokes on both of us, what we felt was real.   Luke has thought of nothing else in the six years since he had Simon all to himself.  He is saddened by the fact Simon never called him.  Living a life in the public eye, he feels lonely and that he can never trust anyone completely.   This story was very gripping.  A tale of two souls who should have been together and lost so much time.  I was seriously caught right away and had to know the end.  I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Jace meets Trent when his dog introduces them.  He knows there is no future with a hot actor who has no intention of sticking around.  Maybe he just deserves to have a fling with someone that stimulates his senses? Trent has no idea when he goes on vacation that he could meet THE one.  Now he just wants to take all of his time and spend as much as he can together.  What will happen when the time is up? This is a classic slow burn.  You just do not see it coming.  This is a great love story from start to finish.  I sure hope to see more of these amazing characters.  This  serie s is just beginning.  I cannot wait for the next installment.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Hayden is just about down to his last dollar.  Looking at the want ads, since he needs a miracle or another job, he finds something surprising.  Then he meets the writer and is in shock. Jesse is desperate enough to offer quote a bit of money to someone who can handle the job.  When Hayden responds, it is like it was meant to be.  Now they just have to make it work and get the evidence to make all this worth it. This book is a surprise from the beginning to the end.  Lots of little things to enjoy inside!  I loved the banter.  I loved the pace moved quickly.  I also loved the raw honesty these characters tried so hard to maintain without hurting one another.  Such a great story and a good old fashioned read.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This is book #2, in the Love Behind The Scenes series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Ryan is learning more on how to be ready for the new film he is making.  So what if his instructor is the hot guy he passed up the other night?  He didn't need to meet someone while working, anyway. Shannon is chasing after what he wants.  Can he catch the deep hidden actor?  Together, these two must overcome predjudice, assumptions, and more.  Good thing their chemistry is off the charts hot! Lucy plays a princess by day and is looking for her prince charming by night.  While having her brother and his best friend and business partner watch over her.  Too bad his partner pushes all her buttons, since he is not even in her league. Jared stopped thinking of Lucy as a little sister when he got a good look at her legs.  She attracts him on several levels, but he does not want to mess up a good friendship with her brother by acting on that attraction.  Still, he cannot help the way he feels. This is an amazingly sexy and fun story.  It puts so many elements together in a terrifically sweet package.  The characters banter, the ocean views, well... let's just say if it were a movie opening weekend would blow the critics away.  I loved the simple and strong characters and all that they are to one another.  I cannot wait to see more with this theme.  In my opinion, this is the author's best work to date.  I give this book a 5...

Willow & Zane are the best of friends.  He just has no idea how she feels about him.  They have some seriously hot history.  Now he needs her to help him out. Zane tricks Willow into being a part of a charade.  Be fake-engaged to me?  Sure, like it is hard to pretend to be crazy about a guy she is head over heels for.   This is such an achingly sweet story with a real sexy twist.  I absolutely loved it!  I feel like this is the author's best work so far.  I am excited to read more from the new  Sugar Lake series.   I give this book a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was given in exchange for an honest review, by Netgalley and its publisher.

This is the 3rd book in the In Focus series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment and understanding, I recommend reading the series in order. JR is happy to be at the end of his contract.  He has had to hide from the world, and does not feel much like himself anymore. If there was not so much at stake, he could come forward. Quinn is excited to be on a cruise with his best friend.  It is time for him to have fun and let loose.  He has been playing it safe for far too long. Dante has waited years for Vicky to notice him again.  Not sure why she always turns away from him, he is determined to find a way to get her to open up.  He may have to use drastic measures to get her to look his way. This is the 2nd book in the All About Love series .  This book can be read as a standalone, however, it is so much more when read in the order the author intended. Jace and Shaylene meet in college.  She is driven, outspoken, and feisty.  He is a party guy, player and wants to be an actor.   Shay knows she has to get Jace to the audition on Friday.  She does not want to lose her job, but she has no control over all the bad karma that is happening to her this week.  Shay also has to find a way to keep herself from being attracted to Jace. Jace, wants to live the life of a player, or so he thinks.  He cannot stop himself from being attracted and wanting more from his friendship with his agent.  Shay just flat out does it for him.  What will he do?
