Family

Dane is the local Supernatural Consultant.  Whenever a being that is not human may be causing trouble, he is the one everyone calls.  Then he gets a request to control some dragons.   Mercury is a precious and rare dragon.  He starts a family with his helping other dragons who were trapped and experimented on by human scientists.  While he is ill, the kits meet Dane and soon he sees they look like a family. I was absolutely surprised by this story.  I loved reading about the dragons, and different features they each had.  Such an imaginative and colorful book.  The story is weaved with a mystery that has captivated me and now I want to read the next installment to  this series . I was eagerly turning the pages and recommend this lovely read.  I give this read a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

This is book #5 in the Dragon Soul series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, and to better understand this great series, I recommend reading this in order. Mike knows he should be with his mate.  Being sent away has made him bitter and resentful.  If only he could forget.  If only he could go back in time and talk him into taking a chance. Corryn knows in his heart who he should be with.  He has always known.  Now, with his mate avoiding him - his heart is one big ache.  Magic has helped him survive this long - maybe it will keep him warm while he waits.... Destiny plays a major part in this whole amazing  series .  However, in this case it could literally cause a problem for these two characters.  I found this story to be both compelling and profound.  Quite frankly, this author's best work yet.  I was moved, and eagerly turning each page.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty'...

This is book # 2, in the Dragon Soul series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment and understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Bryan has never met anyone like Deke.  He has never had anyone take to wanting him so bad.  He has also never felt this way about anyone else. Deke is shocked to find out his brother's hot neighbor is interested in him.  They work to find common ground.  There are still secrets and surprises in store. This book caught me off guard.  I was excited by the subject, and found myself all to often not very happy with how it brought out.  I think the lead character was kind of overbearing, as maybe he should be.  It just turned me off and made it hard to finish the book.  It felt forced.  I give this story a 2/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review by Netgalley and its publisher.
