This is book # 2 in the Always & Forever series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To enjoy the series, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Landon made some foolish mistakes.  Not wanting to make any more of them he is trying to be a friend to the good doctor who reads with him.  In return he ends up falling for the sexy doc who seems to have the same taste in books. Robert cannot believe how soothing this patient is to be with.  Enjoying books is one thing, but just talking to him is a comfort in ways he cannot put into words.  Finding more in common with the sexy military man, he may just want more than he can have. Asher AKA "Ash" is so attracted to Mustique AKA "Mari" he can barely contain his reaction to her.  She seems to feel the same way.  So why does she turn him away?  Why not take a chance?  He wants to be there and help Mari, if he can. Mari has a lot more to lose with this current mission.  She is afraid to ask for help.  She does not want to put the few she cares about in danger.  It would help if she could resist the charm and sexy man that is Ash.  He distracts her. This was such a fast pace and action filled story.  I loved how every chapter had something the keep my interest.  Teasing me with some of my favorite characters from other series, I loved getting a glimpse of them throughout the book.  With multiple surprises and some serious badass characters, I turned each page eagerly.  I give this read a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was provided in return for an honest review only.

April has loved Chris for years, and he really doesn't see her.   When he comes into her place of work he has his own purpose.  She just wishes that he could notice her as a woman and not a nurse. Chris has wanted April for such a long time.  He cannot forgive himself for those he has hurt by his past actions.  Hard to move on, and hard to include someone in his misery.  The yearning seem pointless. Álvaro Montero AKA "D" is now supposedly dead for better purposes.  Oh he did actually die.  Only to be resurrected by someone who wants him to use his skills to get rid of the bad that is among polite society. Caiden has been burned and his days with the CIA are numbered.  Then he gets the chance to find out who it was that actually burned him.  Will he really want to know once he finds out?  And will working with his sort of ex cause more problems? This was such a fun and fast paced read.  I loved the banter and the sexy heat between the characters.  There was so much to the story, and I never felt it lag.  I eagerly gobbled up each page.  I cannot wait to read the next book in the  series .  I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This is book #4, in the Returning Home series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Griff finds himself attracted to the most off limits woman.  She is the little sister of his friend.  He also does not do commitment.  Best to avoid her for now.  If only she wasn't so attractive...... Becca has a thing for Griff.  If he could help her with her predicament, things would be so much better for her.  She just needs someone she trusts for a one and done.  As long as nobody starts to have feelings for the other..... This is book #2, in the Brazen Duet series.   This book is in continuation of the first in the series, Brazen, and should be read in order.  My recommendation is to read the Brazen Duet together. Oskar & Hailey's story continues with trying to figure out who is out to get her.  Several attempts have been made on her life.  Oskar just wants to protect her from harm and keep her close. Hailey is shocked with the news they got about their time in Las Vegas.  She is struggling to tell not fall for Oskar a second time.  If he leaves her, she wants to be strong. Travis “Hawk” Hawkins finds himself rescuing a damsel in distress.  Only real problem?  She takes her time in realizing she really is in distress.  Bigger problem? Melody has always been in love with her brother's best friend.  When he finally comes home, she has the chance to set her plan in motion.  She is determined to have her chance with him. Adam has seen too much to believe in happily ever after.  He also has a healthy fear of what his best friend will do to him if he touches his sister.  Denying his feelings for her at this point would be foolish, however.
