Ivy has never been able to really count on anyone.  She is finally building a home for herself and her business.  Now with feelings creeping in for someone who will not be staying, she is starting to feel vulnerable again. Kel has issues of trust on his own.  Feeling like Ivy is hiding something is hindering what could be a new relationship for them both.  Can they move beyond the past and create of future together? Zoe loves her job.  She has come a long way but her life is now in a good place.  Until she crashes in front of Connor.  Somehow him taking care of her puts everything in a new light. Connor has always wanted Zoe.  She has no idea how he wants her.  When he has the chance to be with her, he has no problem taking it.  It's the after he is afraid of. This is book #6, in the Sinners series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To fully enjoy and understand, I recommend reading this incredibly sexy series in order. Miki and Kane's story continues with Miki working on things that bother him.  This is a hard move for him, as facing demons of the past always bring pain and suffering.  Wanting to be in a future with Kane without further issues, he is really trying. Kane has stumbled into a case that is going to bring pain to his very sweet love.  When he delves further, he starts to worry that being involved is worth it.  The past always seems to knock on another door that no one wants to open.
