Heath & Declan are best friends.  They have gotten closer recently and both are happy to have such a good friendship.  Then they run into Heath's ex-girlfriend.  It's awkward moment. Declan is actually gay, so misunderstanding ensues.  This is the perfect example of why you should never talk about someone else without their permission.  The ex shares her idea of what happened on a social platform. I thought this story was very well thought out.  The pace moved along like a dream.  I did not put it down, but read it straight through.  It had really good humor, plot, and heat.  The sexy times were HOT!  I cannot wait to read the next installment in the Love & Luck series.  I give this read a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was given by Booksprout and its publishers, in exchange for an honest review. This book #4, in the Nights In New York series.   This title can be read as a standalone novel.  For readers enjoyment and to understand the series better, I recommend reading this series in order. Carter is a sexy, self-aware billionaire.  He knows his assets and how to show them off.  Now being bothered by the hot enemy has made a bit of a issue for his company.  Becca and her kind are going to cost him millions. Becca hates all Billionaires.  It is never personal.  It's all about making the money spread around further.  Carter cannot stand that thought.  What he really wants is Becca and he considers H-O-T! Surprises are in store for the reader with this book that right from the very beginning is sexy and steaming with these enemies fighting hard.  This makes for a very fast paced read.  These characters are hot and the sparks are more than flying - they're catching all of us on fire too!  Excellent addition to...

This is the 3rd book in the Rosewood Bay series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment & understanding, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Juliette comes to Rosewood Bay to meet the sisters she never knew she had.  She meets Braden right away and they click immediately.  The attraction burns bright on both sides. Braden is tasked to keep tabs on Juliette, and he has no idea how to tell her.  Her father and her past is quickly going to ruin the great start they have.  Braden must convince Juliette that they have a future and its worth it. This was a sexy sweet combo in one book.  A great addition to this  series , the story starts with serious heat that just burns all throughout the book.  I loved the banter and the very real subject matters.  I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC was given in exchange for an honest review only.

This is the 2nd book in the Rosewood Bay series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment and understanding, I recommend reading this series in order. Phoebe is shocked to see Jake on a work site she has been asked to check up on.  She had no idea that he would be there.  Not prepared to find out he has another child, she is wondering how to talk to him about hers. Jake has had an incredibly stressful life.  From one painful past, to the struggling for a foothold future, he is just trying to make it all work.  He is blown away when Phoebe walks in the door of his current project. This series just gets better.  I love the sexy heat that surrounds this couple.  The second chance trope has always been a favorite.  I found myself screaming at the characters almost right at the beginning.  This was a great read.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was provided ...

Halley & Kane have a history.  One that goes back to the school days and misery.  He was once her protector.  Now Halley has found that she is very attracted to him as a man. Kane remembers the sad Halley who had so much in common with him in their youth.  He is surprised at how beautiful she has become.  Even more, he finds himself wanting to spend more and more time with her.  To just be near her. Such a sweet and slow burn.  This story finds two people with similar family issues, just trying to keep it together.  The heat between them gets pretty hot.  I give this book a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review.
