This is the 3rd book in the Bayou Billionaire series .   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  In order to further reader enjoyment and understanding of the story, I recommend reading this series in order intended. Henri and Fiona have been through a lot in their marriage.  They a have had so much loss.  Henri only wants to take care of his wife.  Fiona only seems to want to be independent.  Fiona agrees to stay with him to keep up the story that all is well in paradise.  There is too much at stake if the truth gets out.  Happiness seems fleeting with all that is going on and she wants out before she hurts the one she loves the most.
