This is book #5, in the Alaska Blizzard series.  This book can be a standalone novel.  To avoid spoilers, and fully understand the characters and series, I recommend reading this series in order. Aaron knows he messed up.  He has wanted Sara for so long that when they finally get a chance to go crazy he takes it.  Then he has to fix his friendship with his best friend.  Seems like every time he tries he just makes it worse. Sara was the reason they hooked up.  She knows it was a mistake, but her feelings are real and are hard to ignore.  Looking into her future and trying to figure out what to do, she has no idea if she can fit Aaron into it. Rook AKA "RJ" meets someone special when she literally falls into his lap.  Can he convince her to take a chance on him?  She has plans for her future, but he is blinded by wanting to be with her now. Lainey has been sheltered a bit.  She is a studious person who cannot believe someone as beautiful on the outside can be so sincere on the inside too.  Having a hot guy think she is hot stuff is new and she is out of sorts from it. This story touched me in many ways.  I loved the heat.  From the very beginning it was a consuming passion for this couple.  I love the characters and how very real their story felt.  Along the way, I loved that the story became richer, and deeper.  I give this read a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only, by Netgalley and its publishers.

This is book #3, in the Frozen Hearts series.   This book can be read as a standalone novel.  To fully understand series, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Owen has a new look on life after cancer.  He volunteers to help in the deep cold of Alaska for the winter.  He has to get used to being mostly alone.  Just him and Quill.  Cold and sexy man can be a great combination. Quilleran AKA "Quill"  is mostly fine being alone.  Being hurt in the past has shaped how he has spent the last couple decades.  Is it time to let someone in?  Owen might be a city boy, but he is proving himself to be a great team member. This book is what you call a slow burn.  I loved reading about these guys.  They have so much to learn and together it just seems simple.  There is quite a lot of sparks and heat for how cold it is there.  Great addition to the  series.   I give this a 4/5 Ki...
