Kitty's Book Spot!

This is book #2, in the Brazen Duet series.   This book is in continuation of the first in the series, Brazen, and should be read in order.  My recommendation is to read the Brazen Duet together. Oskar & Hailey's story continues with trying to figure out who is out to get her.  Several attempts have been made on her life.  Oskar just wants to protect her from harm and keep her close. Hailey is shocked with the news they got about their time in Las Vegas.  She is struggling to tell not fall for Oskar a second time.  If he leaves her, she wants to be strong. This story is very rich and suspenseful.  I love the characters depth's and devotion to one another.  This series is incredible and hits all the highlights.  There was heat, heart, and helpless.  I was especially grateful for the compelling storyline and the character development.  I give this a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was given in exc...

Oskar & Hailey have a history.  One filled with explosive chemistry and sexy reminders.  He takes one whiff of the perfume she wears and it all comes back.  Now the million dollar question is, can her help her? Hailey is in danger.  Her father insists she gets help.  She knows something is off, but cannot prove what it is.  There is so much to do and so little time.  Can she fit Oskar back into her life now? This story was just an entertaining little piece.  I had to absorb every page and eagerly turned each one.  Plenty of surprises in store, this book has a fast pace and plenty of characters to keep you hoppin as the reader.  I give this a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

This is book #2, in the Royals Undone series.  I do not recommend reading this on its own.  It is intended to be read in order.  To avoid spoilers, understand the series and more - please read this great series in order. Lucas and Bryna's story continues with him trusting his mom.  He goes off on a mission of sorts to solve the unsolved puzzle about his parents.  How they met, how he came to be, and finds more than he bargains for. Bryna is heartsick that she trusted someone that let her down.  What love means to her must not be what it means to others.  When her King and Queen ask the impossible, she has to decide if she can do what they ask and still survive when she has to walk away. This is book #2, in the Royals Undercover series .  This book should be read in order, as it may contain spoilers, and can confuse the reader.  I recommend reading this hot series in order. Sebastian & Penny grew up together.  From the early days he was her protector.  Now, she is Royal Guard and is protecting him.  Their story continues in this book, where the heat sparks and flies and really just kind of sizzles when they are in the room together.  Is it hot in here? Penny knows she can never have a future with Sebastian.  That does not stop her traitorous heart for wishing for one.  When he touches her.... well her body fairly combusts. I loved this book.  Was so glad I read the complete works.  These characters are so easy to read.  They are meant to be together.  I would have only changed one thing  - I would have done bodily harm to the bad guys.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ...
