Kitty's Book Spot!

Maddox & Joss have an incredible encounter.  Then they end up working together.  Neither one wanting forever out of it.  What could happen if they give in and try for more? Joss has a lot to lose if she gets caught with the local playboy.  Her job could be on the line, as well as her reputation.  They must decide if they are willing to risk this much to be together. Seriously hot romance book!  I was wondering for a bit there if my reader was going to catch fire.  Very well written, with a pace that is quick and pleasant.  I loved the characters together and was rooting for them.  I cannot wait to see what will come next in the  Filthy Dirty Love series .  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

Jonah & Davie met in high school.  Jonah always stood up for Davie, as he was bullied a lot.  Being different apparently makes you a target. Davie, never thought he was worth anything.  Never really had love.  So when Jonah tells him he is amazing and perfect.  He has always believed in him. This is a sweet and almost bittersweet story.  These characters are fun to read about and the character development is like a prize.  This was definitely worth the read.  I give this book a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ****I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

This is book # 3 in the New York's Finest series .   This is a book that can be read as a standalone novel.  To enjoy fully and understand all the inside jokes from the characters involved, I recommend reading in the order intended. Vincent and Jill have been partners for six years.  They know each other well.  They have an excellent record as detectives also.  They are basically best friends. Jill has been in love with Vin for a while, and finds that he will never change so she must move on.  She comes back from assisting her mother in Florida with future plans that rock Vincent's world. Vin has known he has had feelings for Jill for a while.  When she left for 3 months, it made him notice even more the hole that was left in her absence.  He plans to change all that with her return.   Seriously hot and soul wrenching!  I eagerly read the words on the page and did not want the book to end.  I found the characters...
