This story can be found in the Something True series.  The novel can be read as a standalone.  For reader enjoyment, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading  The Dating Arrangement  before reading this title. Travis “Hawk” Hawkins finds himself rescuing a damsel in distress.  Only real problem?  She takes her time in realizing she really is in distress.  Bigger problem? This is book #3 in the Body Armor series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding of the series, and to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading these in order. Miles and Maxi have a hot and heavy history.  There is even a bit of anger and disappointment weaved in.  When she needs him most, he answers the call to help protect her.  He wants to spend more time getting to know her, anyway. Maxi had thought Miles would just be a one night stand.  Then she could not help herself.  Now, with all the problems she is having, he may actually be her knight in shining armor. Such a great addition to the  series .  These two characters were so hot the sparks felt like they might leap off the page.  I enjoyed reading this story.  I like the alpha hot men, and the strong yet accepting women.  I cannot wait to read the next installment.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This is book #2, in the Saved By The Blog series.  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment and understanding, I recommend reading this series in order. Jasper finds out that his high school sweetheart who dumped him is back in town.  He cannot help but be attracted to the even better looking beauty.  Even to the detriment of all his dating. Carissa just wants to start over.  She has gone back to her hometown with her tail between her legs following a divorce.  Now all she wants to do is start her own business. This book is an anthology that includes Buckhorn Brothers series book #5.5.   This is a story that can be read alone.  For complete understanding of the series, I recommend reading it in order.  For purposes of this review, we will concentrate on this story, Buckhorn Ever After. Nadine has known Shohn all her life.  They grew up together.  To suddenly have his interest is quite exciting.  She does not want, however, to just be a notch on a bedpost for him.  Yet the attraction is still there. This is book # 5 in The Stanislaskis: Those Wild Ukrainians series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment, and understanding - and to avoid spoilers - I recommend reading this great series in order. Frederica AKA "Fred" is still waiting.  Waiting for Nick to see her as a grown up, as a woman.  She is tired and thinks it is time she takes matters into her own hands. Nick met Fred's family as a teen.  He loves them and would do nothing to hurt them.  So these new feelings for Fred are not welcome.  He just cannot stop them. I re-read this story at least once a year.  I decided it is high time I give it the review it deserves.  This series is amazing.  The family makes it so fun to read.  These characters are meant to be together and I love reading the way they fall toward one another.  Just another great book from a fabulous author!   I think everyone should read this series!! ...

This is book #3, in The McNeill Magnates series.  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment and understanding, I recommend reading this series in order. Cameron has already made a mess of proposing to a stranger in the past.  When he meets the real person he thinks he should marry, he wonders, is it for the right reasons?  They are already compatible.  Cannot keep their hands off one another. Maresa is in the middle of so much.  She is the anchor for all around her.  Can she give in to what she wants or needs at the sake of so many others?  Or will being with Cam be the one thing that pulls it all together?  For the sake of her family and her heart she must keep it all together. This series has been just terrific!  My only complaint, was that this book felt rushed somehow.  I love the characters, and really enjoyed the recurring favorites in this title as well.  I sure hope we see more of...

This book contains two stories about twin brothers.  The 2 authors who wrote them ties the stories together well.  I enjoyed them both.  These books are part of the Uniformly Hot series out by Harlequin Blaze. All Out  by  Tawny Weber : Zane literally runs in to Vivian.  She has always wanted a chance with him.  With all that is going on for both of them right now, will she be given a fair chance to fight for her future? All In  by  Beth Andrews : Xander is also home for his 10 year reunion.  Like his twin, he has been busy away form home.  He wants a chance to win Quinn over.  The bet/challenge is a just an extra incentive to win. I was impressed how these stories meshed so well.  The characters were are all strong, yet all very down to earth.  I loved that both stories had humor, heat, & heart.  So worth it with 2 stories contained inside!  I give this book bundle a 4/5 Kitty'...
