This is the 2nd book in the Body Armor series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment, unerstanding, & to avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this series in order. Justice is to guard Fallon as she attempts to feel more like a normal adult.  Her parents shelter her after a stressful loss.  Now she must learn to find her way in the world. Fallon is trying to be a better adult.  She knows she must forge her way, but it is not until she meets Justice that she learns being a woman has more to it.  He is hotter than any other man in her life.  Could he ever want her? Diego & Harper meet when he moves in next door to recon her home and family.  He learns to love her son.  He is incredibly attracted to her.  Just one problem - he has to solve her ex as a mystery first. Harper knows she has little time for herself, and even less for sex.  When Diego moves in all her nerves come alive and she knows she wants to make time.  She just does not want her heart stomped on again.
