Never easy

This is the 4th book in the Mangrove Stories series.  While this book can be read as a standalone novel, the enjoyment for the reader and understanding of the content will make more sense if read in order.  

Lazlo and Britton had been together while they both lived up in New York.  Back in another life and time for both of them.  While Britton had been in a sham of a marriage, and Lazlo had been a rentable guy.

Britton has moved to Mangrove, and so had Lazlo for different reasons.  While they know that one another is neaby, neither one wants anything to do with the other.  Some things are meant to stay broken, aren't they?

This is such a fun story about a couple who just need to be honest with one another!  Sometimes taking a chance can bring forth the future you were looking for.  There is so much going on in this book, and yet it is a joy to read.  I give this story a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
