Linden AKA "Indie" has a lot on her plate.  When she meets Jason at her brothers hockey game, she is not impressed.  Later, they meet again, and again, since this small town seems to be throwing them together.

Jason has noticed how hot Indie is.  He just has to make her see how sincere he is in pursuing her.  There are still secrets that both are holding back.  The sparks between them seem to be fanning the flame and its only a matter of time....

I loved this story!  I laughed. I cried and I FELT.  I love when a book or series makes me feel.  This is one of the best I have read in a while.  I cannot wait to read the next installment in the series.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This is book #6, in the True North series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding of the series, and too avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this compelling series in order. Skye returns to the place she hates the most to help out the sister she always wanted.  When she gets there, tables have turned.  There is now danger if she pushes too far in finding her sister.  Who can she turn to? Benito AKA "Ben" is a blast from the past, who has always had a thing for Skye.  She was the one that got away, and he has no intentions of letting that happen again.  He also has to find her sister and solve his case. While this author is a definite auto purchase, she always brings the goods to the table.  In this story, we get a second chance romance with such heart and heat that every page is a sizzling delight!  I loved the banter, and was eagerly turning each page to get to the next.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***Th
