Again


Jack has been in love with Maddie for so long.  He has no idea how to tell her he wants to try again.  He is trying so hard to be a good dad to their son.  He makes room for them in his life.   To the consternation of his friends, he makes her a priority.

Maddie has a hot past with Jack.  They are making it also a hot present.  Can she trust a man who has admitted to cheating on her?  Is there a way to meet in the middle?  When her current man breaks her heart  - it is easier to give up then to trust again.

This was a sweet but completely hot book.  I found the sexy times more than sparks that were jumping off the page.  You can feel the heat between these two.  Their sincere love for their son.  It just humbles you to read this and with a surprise ending, is worth every page.  I give this a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This is book #6, in the True North series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding of the series, and too avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this compelling series in order. Skye returns to the place she hates the most to help out the sister she always wanted.  When she gets there, tables have turned.  There is now danger if she pushes too far in finding her sister.  Who can she turn to? Benito AKA "Ben" is a blast from the past, who has always had a thing for Skye.  She was the one that got away, and he has no intentions of letting that happen again.  He also has to find her sister and solve his case. While this author is a definite auto purchase, she always brings the goods to the table.  In this story, we get a second chance romance with such heart and heat that every page is a sizzling delight!  I loved the banter, and was eagerly turning each page to get to the next.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***Th
