Kitty's Book Spot!

Mabel AKA "Maybe" has been in love with Milo for some time now.  If only he wasn't her brother's best friend.  Always thinking she is still a kid.  Why not show him she is a woman now? Milo is in trouble.  He is attracted to this amazing woman who turns out to be the grown up version of his best friend's little sister.  She is everything he has been looking for.  Well if he had been looking. These characters were so much fun to read!  I loved the banter back and forth, the texts and the story was just so entertaining.  Then the heat gets turned up fast and it electrified each page.  Such a great and compelling story.  I give this one a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

Ben has been best friends with Aurelia for a long time.  He gets mad at himself on a regular basis for not being honest with ehr about how his feelings have changed.  He knows time is running out before he misses his chance. Aurelia AKA "Rels" has serious feelings for her best friend.  She is sick of waiting and wondering and has decided it is time to move on.  When Ben hits crisis mode can she walk away? This  new series  starts out with familiar characters that we all love.  I was eagerly turning each page and had trouble putting this one down.  I loved the characters and how loyal they were to one another.  The heat was sizzling right from the start.  Overall a great story, and a sincerely great read.  I give this a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was given by Netgalley and its publisher, in exchange for an honest review.

Devlin has known Hannah since they were children.  When she comes to him about her father, he tells her the truth.  Until that moment he had not considered her as an attractive woman, and now he can't unthink it. Hannah is madder than ever about what has happened to her Dad.  She figures if she gets Devlin involved there may be a solution.  Unfortunately, there is more to the story.  On top of that, is her attraction she cannot deny for Devlin. This story is more of a slow burn.  There is a lot of action, and the pace is rather steady.  These characters already know each other well but it is a lot of fun to see that grow into more.  I cannot wait to see where this  series  will go.  I give this book a 3/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review only.

Laney meets someone she never expects at a party.  They both have a bad night and commiserate enough to become friends.  If she can make room in her life to let someone in he may be a happy addition. Theo is intrigued from the get go.  Attracted to first her voice, then her beauty, he just cannot get enough of her in his life.  Laney brings him joy and helps inspire him. Together these characters make for quite the read.  I love the banter and openly laughed out loud multiple times.  Such a great story going at a good steady pace.  I could not put it down.  I give this story a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***This early copy was given in return for an honest review only.
