Shy or not so shy?
Anya Anderson has been homeless since she was 15 years old. She has been surviving the best she can. Now she is trying to make money by writing articles. She has been sent to write about the band Seconds 2 Juliet, or so she thinks. When she arrives, she is told only Will Fray (The Quiet One) is the one she is to follow and write about.
Will Fray, (In this case, his twin brother, Matt) is actually the guy onstage and not so shy. His brother is actually in rehab getting rid of a pain pill addiction. No one really notices the differences except Anya. His bandmate Trevin knows, but is not telling. They do not need a media circus from this.
Anya has secrets she is trying to hide also. She lied about her age, her marital status and more. She only has one friend to confide in. Will is hard to pin down. He aims for vague, but she sees there is more to him. It is hard to build any kind of friendship or relationship on lies, however.
The story is solid and it continues the Backstage Pass series we all love and enjoy. I found these characters easy to read, bond with and so much more. I give this story a solid 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
