Love is a risk

Cohen Rodriguez talks to Maren Walshe at work every day.  Though they have never met, the attraction across the phone lines is obvious on both sides.  Now they just need to meet in person and see if the sparks still fly.

Cohen is no longer in a relationship, so he is free to go on a double date with Maren and get to know her in person.  When their dates get together, Maren & Cohen stick together as well.

Maren and Cohen have so much in common, being a couple seems like the logical next step.  Only Maren is not into this for the long term.  She does not want anyone to put up with what she has to.  So she sticks to being alone.

Cohen is all about the future and making plans.  He is sidelined by the fact that he wants her, but she always seems out of reach.  They get close, only to fall apart again.

Such an amazing couple!  I love this book and the story within.  It is full of laughter and tears - a real book that makes you feel the whole gamut of emotions.  I can hardly wait for the next Silver Strands series installment! I give this story a 5/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
