Need is greater than want

Luke Jackson meets Alexis Yeung in Cork, Ireland.  He was following her for a friend, who is concerned about her welfare.  She is off on a journey to help herself, after a cancer scare.  Luke spends just one night with her and falls hard.

Alexis is trying to reach out to her long passed mother, and learn from her happiness.  She thinks Luke is amazing.  She also wonders why he wants to be with her.

Luke knows if her tells her the real reason he sought her out she would be angry.  He needs to keep her close and telling her the truth would have her running off.  He cannot help that she is just beautiful and sexy and everything he never thought he wanted.

Alexis asks herself why she puts up with Luke.  He is just as broken as her.  Together they make magic.  He makes her feel feminine and she has never had that before.

This book is just so sweet and sexy and tugs at the heartstrings.  The only hope these two have for a future is if they both come clean about the things they are keeping from one another.  I was amazed at how good the banter is.  The sexy times are off the charts.  

This story just moves me.  I found the characters to be people that were hurting and trying to come to grips that they have to make the future they want to live in.  I loved it and give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
