This is Book # 2, in the Breakaway series.  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader enjoyment and understanding, I recommend reading this series in order.



Dallas is a Goal Tender for a hockey team.  He is also a hothead.  He is having a hard time adjusting to having to teach someone to be his backup.  Dallas is also incredibly attracted to Callie.

Callie is a nurse, who cannot seem to find a good man.  Her brother plays on the same team with Dallas.  He wants her to stay away from hockey players.  If only she could.  For some reason she is drawn to him.

This was an amazingly hot and sexy book!  Has lots of heat in many other ways too.  The characters just mesh so well.  I love this Breakaway series and I hope we get more stories.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
