This is book # 3 in the Sinners Tribe Motorcycle Club series. I always remind readers that it is best to read series books in the order intended, for full enjoyment and understanding. This book can be read as a standalone, but I loved all the references to the previous stories.

Zane "Tracker" has loved Evangeline "Evie" since they were kids. He had to leave town suddenly about 9 years ago, since everyone thought he killed his father and the sheriff. He just had no idea what he left behind.

Evie had been married to an abusive man who she thought would take care of her and her son. Now, since she has escaped his clutches, she is trying to get her life back to balance. She does not want anyone interfering with that plan.

Zane comes back into her life with a sudden bang that makes her feel off somehow. She has never forgotten him, nor has she stopped loving him. Now they have so much to talk about and she hopes he can forgive her since she could not find him sooner.

Evie shatters every illusion Zane had about the last time he saw her. The new Evie is strong, capable and HOT! He is not sure how to talk to her - much less convince her that staying with him will protect her and her son's life. She is fiercely independent and wants nothing to stand in the way of her new dreams and goals.

Zane wants to be the only dream she wants. He remembers every touch, every smell, and she has ruined him for other women. Can he and Evie work things out before it is too late?

I loved that they had such chemistry right from the beginning! I could not wait to read this story and I am so glad that I did. All your favorites from the series are present in this book. It has good banter, and amazing sexy times... I even thought some of the scenes with his son stole the show! I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
