This is book # 2 in the Corrigan Falls Raider series.  It can be read as a standalone novel  For reader enjoyment and understanding I recommend reading series in order.  This is best to avoid possible spoilers.

Playing Defense - Cate Cameron

Claudia and Chris meet when she becomes him tutor.  Her counselor thinks she needs more on her college application.  She assigns her to Chris.

Chris is just trying to juggle it all.  He has a mom who wants him to go to college.  He is trying to do what he can to get by.  Can he do more?

The attraction between them is immediate.  The sparks are flying everywhere and others are noticing.  Really good addition to the series with some of our favorite characters thrown in.  I give this story a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!
