Jackson and Leila meet when she comes to work for the same station.  He is immediately fascinated by her football knowledge.  The heat goes both ways as she is just a quickly attracted to him also.

Leila wants to do well at this job.  This means not getting involved with a co-worker.  So it is very nice when she finds out Jackson has the same hands-off policy.  Only they find themselves wanting to be more hands-on.

Such a sweet, yet very hot story where it grips the reader.  I had a hard time putting it down just to eat! So glad this is a beginning of the Fourth Down series, since I cannot wait to see what is next.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP!

This is book #6, in the True North series .  This book can be read as a standalone novel.  For reader understanding of the series, and too avoid spoilers, I recommend reading this compelling series in order. Skye returns to the place she hates the most to help out the sister she always wanted.  When she gets there, tables have turned.  There is now danger if she pushes too far in finding her sister.  Who can she turn to? Benito AKA "Ben" is a blast from the past, who has always had a thing for Skye.  She was the one that got away, and he has no intentions of letting that happen again.  He also has to find her sister and solve his case. While this author is a definite auto purchase, she always brings the goods to the table.  In this story, we get a second chance romance with such heart and heat that every page is a sizzling delight!  I loved the banter, and was eagerly turning each page to get to the next.  I give this book a 4/5 Kitty's Paws UP! ***Th
